SDL and Trisoft Announce Deeper Partnership

Closer integration speeds time-to-market and automates content lifecycle

SDL International, the leading provider of global information management (GIM) solutions, is pleased to announce a strategic technical and commercial partnership with innovative content management vendor Trisoft. SDL and Trisoft have successfully co-operated to deliver effective integrations between Trisoft’s Infoshare content management system and SDL Translation Management System (SDL TMS) at several major clients, including DAF Trucks, Atlas Copco and AGCO.

 

SDL and Trisoft already co-operate at multiple levels within their respective organizations. The new partnership, created from successful collaborations for previous customers, is the result of considerable investment at executive level to provide tighter technical integration. The combined offering will enable customers to benefit from best-in-class content management and translation management technologies, offering a single “user experience” whilst delivering an effective solution to create and maintain multilingual assets, which generally make up 90% of a company’s global content.

SDL TMS provides clients with the ability to manage their translation resources through advanced workflow technology, so providing on-demand multilingual content, ensuring maximum reuse of language assets across the entire enterprise. Trisoft’s Infoshare has been an early leader in author-centric content management, including full compliance with the DITA standards. The integrated GIM solution will enable global enterprises to manage and deliver content to global markets far faster and with consistent messaging.
