Service Partners offer specific services that are complementary to SDL. Service Partners are experts in the successful delivery of global information management solutions, drawing upon market knowledge and technical expertise to solve critical business issues.The key Service Partners that SDL works with are Systems Integrators (SIs). SIs build complete solutions from a variety of diverse components, providing special services to ensure that the different components work together successfully.
SDL teams with SIs that use global information management strategies to deliver solutions that cover the global content supply chain. For example, SIs assist product companies to develop complete internal solutions for taking products to market, integrating product design and development with content creation, content management, localization and translation, and publishing.
Glemser Technologies
Glemser works with SDL to address the global content challeges of life sciences organizations, mainly within the EMC Documentum environment. In particular, Glemser and SDL have teamed to provide XML-based, structured labeling solutions that meet the needs of pharmaceutical organizations, as well as satisfying regulatory requirements of PIM in Europe and SPL in North America.
